Not much time for blogging...

I started to do some spring cleaning...

Which led to painting some walls...

Which led to painting the woodwork...

Which led to repainting the furniture...

Which led to rearranging it...

Which led to 'Am I done yet?'.

Too Many Days Of...

I've been experiencing too many days of...

Rain and rain and more rain...

Below average temps making me chilled to the bone...

Couped up in the house and feeling overwhelmed with too many projects...

Not getting outside to tend to my garden...

So what happens? This!

It ain't pretty!

Thank goodness I see some sunshine coming up over the horizon this morning.

And it just goes to show that if one just waits long enough...it gets all better!

Here We Are To Save The Day

And what do we have here?!?! A cutie who has is having a major meltdown!!!

Stuck and no help in sight! Well, that is until hubby discovered the unfortunate situation on his drive home from work. We don't have goats. Our neighbor does. This is not the first time we have come to the rescue, oh what are neighbors for anyhoo? Here we are to save the day!

How can one not like the word 'galvanized'? It brings up visions of the country, of times gone by, and of good sturdy vintage that helps get the work done at hand. Take a look at this masterpiece which was recently featured on the front page of Etsy, a selling venue for handmade, vintage, and supplies.

Oh...see the stool it is on? It's so fun and fabulous...all weathered and worn! I originally had this milk stool for sale on Etsy and decided that some pickin' cool pieces really need to stay with me. I love what I do!

This large, white ceiling tin tile was dismantled from a bank in Indiana that dates back to the late 1800's/ early 1900’s. 

Tile measures a large 24” x 24”. As to be expected with any antique piece...expect lots of character. 

More available for sale in my Etsy shop. This is a $50 value!
